Farm to Table 2017
FARM TO TABLE premiered in September 2011, as a first of its kind in the region fundraising event for the Everhart Museum.
2017 marks the seventh year for this event which focuses on the celebration of the fall harvest in Northeast Pennsylvania and supports the growing “locavore” movement by consuming foods grown and produced within a 100-mile radius. By eating “locally” we support the regional economy and the agricultural heritage of our community.
The menu for FARM TO TABLE is created by Chefs Cliff and Dave Daniels of Epicurean Delight using foods grown and/or produced in Northeast Pennsylvania with delicious desserts provided by Truly Scrumptious.
This year’s FARM TO TABLE will have a Southern twist with menu items, drinks, live music, and decor inspired by the bountiful South. The event will also include a county inspired marketplace and artist Jack Puhl will be painting in en plein air.
